Armaddilo control?

i just moved back to gorgia after spending time in college in canada and i have big time armaddillo problem me and my buddies have been hunting them in our paint ball tank made of an argo outfitted with a potato gun firing various projectiles usually steel pellets and water bottles filled with pre-mixed wet concrete to plug up their burrows now as much fun as this is its not working i need suggestions

heres info about my yard

#1 i own 40 acres

#2 the armadillos are in the house and my girlfriend is scared of them

#3my dad has a blasting ticket

alright! thats what we do in texas too! we cant really hunt armadillos in texas because their the state animal. blowing **** up is fun of course, but why dont you just shoot the d**n things. a .22 probably wouldnt get through their shell. try a 5.56 round. they'll explode.
