Armenian food looks like bacon but tastes more delicious?

There's this armenian meat-stuff that looks like bacon, more reddish but tastes sort of tangy and rocks my socks. I had it all the time as a kid (my ex stepmother is armenian, i'm not) and can't remember what it's called. I really want to get some, help!

Its probably basturma and is the best Armenian food there is.  Its more of a apetizer, but it can be served as a breakfeast food also.

Jamon,(Pork), otherwise I dont know, yeh Jamon is served cold, its a porks leg, and you just cut some away, very thinly
