Armitron Driving me Nuts

Question

I've been trying to remove the casing on Armitron and can't seem to do it. The casing has no grooves what so ever. I have the tool to remove the twist up casings but there are no groves. Also there is no edge to the cover to try to pry it open. I've lost countless hours and have even asked around. I could bring it walmart or a local jewler but I have three watches that are the same and I can't change there battery on any of them. Armitron Quartz Base metal Bezel 20/1381 6p05
