Army MEPS physical for a 30 year old.

Question

My wife is thinking about joining the army. She did 5 years in the Air Force and got out and has been out for a number of years. Now she wants to join the army and is a little worried about the physical at meps. She will be 31 on her birthday. Will the Physical be as hard as an 18 year old or is it all the same across the board?

It will be the same for anyone between the ages of 17 and 39. 40-42 are subject to an over 40 physical which includes a few extra steps in the process. Good luck and great choice by the way.
