I am going back and forth between apply for Army ROTC or Air Force ROTC.

My father would like me to go into the Air force, but I am looking for the branch with the best educational delay program because after my four year degree, i would like to go on to law school.

I have heard the the Army pays for you to go on educational delay and that the Air force does not have any educational delay programs that will pay for my law school. I also heard that the Army will pay you as a 2nd lt. while you go to school, is this true?

Sources on your answers would be nice ;]]

  2. I am in Army ROTC right now and going through the process of getting an educational delay for law school.  I will be finding out Oct 22nd whether I get it or not.  To my knowledge the Army has no programs that pay for ed delays wanting to go to law school.  They pay for some lucky med students, but not for law students.  I can't tell you much about AFROTC since I do not know much about how their educational delay program works- sorry.  I hope this helps a little.  P.S. you should go Army.
