  1. I doubt you really want to go to college before you serve. Your education will not be uptodate when you finish your time in the military. After you go several years to college you probably want to get a job where you use your education, not run around in Iraq with an AK-47?

  2. If your talking about the army paying for it, then no, you have to go through BCT and AIT, before you qualify for those funds. You have a year to ship to basic so if you pay for it yourself thats how long u got. If you want to complete your college courses b4 you go, then back out of your contract and tell ur recruiter that u still want to enlist just wait until after college. i know the National Guard has the college first program, so when u get out of basic, you can become a full time student and are non-deployable for 2 years.

  3. If you want to pursue college first, then do what the others said and back out of your enlistment, but if you have already swore in, your stuck, you can tell your recruiter to hold you in the DEP program for as long as possible, but when they want you, yer goin dude.

  4. go to a military college, west point , vmi, ect..

you get your degree then you are in the military as an officer. lots of hard work and *** kissing but if you hang in there you will be making some good money and you'll be educated.

  5. You can go to coolege prior but if your date to show up for basic is there before you finish college then you go!

  6. You can go to college before going to the military, but in most cases it will be on your own dime.   You can join ROTC at your college and get school paid for, but then you have a commitment to the military afterwards, you can't just change your mind and decide I don't want the military life.

If you already picked your MOS and signed up you should have a date for basic, so you can't really go to college first.  If you want to go in as enlisted there is basically no way to go to school first on your own unless you pay for it out of pocket.  But you can always have the military pay off student loans when you sign up, thats an option as well.
