Army class A help Please?

Question

I don't really understand what order My ribbons go on my uniform. From my understanding, (if your looking at someone face to face), The least valuable ribbon goes on the bottom rack farthest to the right...Right? And then you go to the left for the second most valuable. And then your most valuable ribbon goes on the top rack on the left correct? If anyone knows how it works, then can you explain it to me, Please?
