  1. If you like to travel and the sea go with the Navy. In my last two years in the Navy I spent 20 months in the Med. on two different ships. Talk about history. I have seen ancient Rome. The Acropolis in Athens. A 13 century village in France.

By the way the Army is only 4 months older then the Navy.

In the Navy as a officer with the rank of Commander you could be the Captain of a ship.

  2. Army ROTC

    Most opportunities, biggest branch

  3. Let's be honest, unless you become some brilliant tactician that rises to the top of the chain of command, as an individual, you're not going to do much for the U.S. in either branch. The motto might be Army of One, but it's far from it. If you like travel and the ocean, I would say go Navy.

  4. Army - they can always use good historians....

  5. Marine Corps, you cant go wrong. you get a chance to ride on navy ships, and the marine corps has a better history that the army. the marines work a lot with the navy too.

  6. Navy

  7. Get your college and request OCS.
