how do you do this ? i know you squause a part of the shoudler does any one want to show me a website or explain how its done ?

I cant remember the website, but:

The way this works is by causing a dramatic drop in blood to the brain, causing a black-out.

To do so, you must stick your thumb into the carotid artery of the target's neck, with a bit of pressure. The pressure causes cells in the arterial wall to register high blood pressure, and the heart rate drops significantly to compensate.  However, since the blood pressure was normal all along, when you release your finger, the blood flow to the brain has been greatly reduced.

If done successfully, the victim will black-out for a few mins
