The Hamburg director of sport is hoping to keep the South Korea international at the German club, but the attacker is mulling over options before extending his contract with them
Hamburg sporting director Frank Arnesen feels that young prodigy Son Heung-Min has the potential to become one of the side’s most influential players in the near future. He is expected to mature even further and turn into a hot
prospect in the next few seasons at the Imtech Arena.
The South Korean youngster has been in great run of form since the start of the campaign, and the club official is looking to make sure that he stays with the Bundesliga outfit. He said that his finishing is really good and he
converts every other goalscoring chance he gets.
"He is a real poacher. Chance, boom, goal," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The 56-year-old claimed that he can become one of the top players for the Dinosaur in the coming years. He further added that even thinking of parting ways with the young starlet is too painful, and said that they will not let
him leave as he is a crucial player for the team.

are great at the Imtech Arena, and he is happy with life in the city and the fans are also good to him.
"[I feel] very, very comfortable [at Hamburg]. The City is amazing and the fans are really terrific. I still have a contract until 2014 and I have to talk about it with my dad and my agent," he finally concluded.
Son revealed that he has a contract with the club that runs till the summer of 2014.
