  1. There are so many essential oils regarded as antidepressants such as: lavender, neroli, geranium, ylang ylang and rose. The properties of these oils release our inner feeling and open our mind.

  2. lavender oil is always a good thing to have on hand, you can make a spray of it in a small spray bottle add 6 to 10 drops and fill with distilled water. Spray on clothes, bedding, pillows or anywhere for a great and soothing scent

  3. Most emotional issues will be alleviated by citrus oils, so I'd stock up on Lemon, Orange, Neroli, Grapefruit and Mandarin.

    Anger:  Neroli, Orange, Rose, Ylang Ylang

    Anxiety:   Mandarin, Neroli, Clary Sage

    Depression:  Grapefruit, Lemon, Sandalwood

    Fatigue:  Lemon, Patchouli, Peppermint, Rosemary

    Lack of focus:  Basil, Black Pepper, Lemon, Rosemary
