Aromatherapy oils and epilepsy?

i love using aromatherapy oils but it seems to be one of a few trigger for my seizures. is there another oil i can use in place of this that has the same properties in helping mind and body? (the warning on the bottle says to be used with caution for those with epilepsy)

  1. As far as I'm aware epileptics shouldn't use aromotherapy oils or herbal potions either.  I may be wrong, it may pay to talk to your GP about what oils are safe next time you visit.


  2. I have a client that has the same problem you do as well. I hope you dilute the oil with another base oil such as jojabo oil, avacado oil, or any other base oils. You only really to need as much as 3 drops with your base oil since the essential oil are very pure and can be dangerous if used alot.  Try using other ones little by little and take notes of which ones are good and not to your body. I might suggest some other ones but the best advice is to know which ones are good for you and the ones that are not, to avoid them. Due to that no one knows your body as well as yourself.
