Flights from the UK, i suggest you checking with your local travel agent. It may cost anything from 6500-900 GBP depending on which airline you choose.

As for hotels in Singapore. Again depends on which category of hotel. May I suggest you a hotel right in the city, Its Carlton Hotel (no i don't work there..lol) Price is abt $200 Singapore dollars per night. Its centrally located, lots of shopping, sightseeing and dining places around.
