It does vary according to location, not counting land price or the price to have water and septic installed, you're looking at about 65,000-90,000 not including labor or appliances either. I built my 3 bedroom house without a pool for about 45,000.

probably about $100/sq foot as a rough estimate. (pool extra also depends on size)  location would be a big factor.
