  1. Think about the properties of the elements.  Particularly metals, metalloids and nonmetals ... especially from the standpoint of being conductors.

    metals are good conductors ... nonmetals aren't.

    Perhaps you should arrange the three elements in order of increasing conductivity by arranging them in order of nonmetal - metalloid - metal.


  2. Sb < Pb < Ag

    Elements become more metallic in character going down a Group and less metallic going left to right in a Period. Notice also that the electronegativity values given by Pauling decrease going down a Group and increase going right to left in a Period.
