Arranged employment/Work permit in Canada?

Is it real to find Arranged employment/Work permit in Canada while I'm still in my home country? I'm a multimedia designer. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

ya ofcourse its possible but ur not in canada so u can go thru a representative who cantact on your behalf in canada..I know one frnd of mine who got it thru wisecanada.ca
