The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 national team head coach has given his thoughts at things unfolding at Internazionale and has urged them to stick to a plan and keep on at it.
The Nerazzurri have never found consistency after the departure of Jose Mourinho, and they have been chopping and changing ever since, with numerous changes in management and coaches. None of the coaches could really make an impact at the club and failed
to implement their plan for the long run.
A lot of the blame has been pinned down to the impatience of the President of Inter Milan and the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 fans alike, with Rafael Benitez leaving the club a short time after his arrival at the club, along with various others. The only coach to instil some
consistency into the side was Leonardo, but he left for PSG when the role of Sporting Director was offered to him.
Last season was by far the most chaotic, with three changes in coaches with Gian Piero Gasperini and Claudio Ranieri sacked, and Inter finishing the season under the youthful Andrea Stramaccioni.
Arrigo Sacchi has given his two cents on Inter’s cause and stated that they need to have a proper plan and not being playing under the confusion which often engulfs Italian teams. He further stated:
“Inter must have a game-plan, not one of the puzzles that too often make up Italian teams, who have unfinished projects where the young players suffer the most.”
He reflected on the Italian http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 and stated the heavy influence of Pescara in the team was due to the fact that they were playing at a high level, and stated:
“It is no coincidence that in our quest to get to the next European Under-21 Championships that we had five players from Pescara, because they have this year played at the top of their League throughout.”
The former Rossoneri head coach also stated that there is a need to go ahead with a proper plan, and stated:
“And so, I recommend to plan long term, look for a fun game in which aspiring youngsters like Longo and others can come in. It would be much easier for them to express their qualities.”
