Continued from Part 1
Mexès started playing professional football with a local club Toulouse, before moving to Auxerre in 1997. In 1999, he was allowed in the Auxerre senior team where he played for five years.
Mexès was signed by AS http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 in 2004 and he outshined all at the Italian side with his scintillating performances. He made 183 appearances for the Italian giants, with a score of 11 goals. The French international could be a great addition to the Arsenal
defence and would surely aid in solving many of the club’s problems. He has been on Wenger’s target list for long and a transfer bid worth £8-12 million should do the trick.
Neven Subotić
Neven Subotić is a Serbian football defender from Banja Luka, SFR Yugoslavia. He is currently serving the German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund. Deployed as a centre-back, the 22-year-old has been a part of the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Serbia-c3002 national football team since 2009.
He made his senior team debut for Mainz 05 in 2007. After playing for the side for one year, he went on to join Borussia Dortmund in 2008.
The Serbian has made 98 appearances for Dortmund so far, netting in 10 goals. He is under the spotlight of several revered clubs including Manchester United, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, Tottenham Hotspur and of course, Arsenal. It is believed that the German giants have
set a price tag of around £20 million for their quality player, having rejected Chelsea’s £17.5 million offer in January.
Stéphane M’bia
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Stéphane-c34105 M’bia Etoundi is a Cameroon professional footballer, currently playing for the French League 1 side, Olympique Marseille. An epitome of versatility, M’bia can both play as a defensive mid-fielder as well as a centre-back. He has been a part of the
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cameroon-c2865 national football team since 2005, earning a total of 32 caps. He played for Kadji Sports Academy and Rennes before joining Marseille in 2009.
The 25-year-old was linked with a transfer move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 in summer. The deal, however, failed to take a practical shape. At 6ft 2in tall, M’bia is blessed with great passing range and a brilliant playing style. The Cameroon international could be a great
fit for the English side.
Steven N’Zonzi
Steven N’Kemboanza Mike Christopher N’Zonzi or simply Steven N’Zonzi is a French football player of Congolese descent. He is currently giving his services to the English Premier League side, Blackburn Rovers. The 22-year-old is positioned
as a defensive mid-fielder on the pitch. He joined Blackburn Rovers in 2009, after playing for Amiens SC for two years. It is reported that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 paid a transfer fee worth £500,000 to Amiens.
The young Frenchman has so far made 50 appearances for the English club, netting a total of three goals. The Arsenal mid-field players, Denilson and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Abou-Diaby-c3453 are not giving their best performances over the past few months, as N’Zonzi might be given the
key entrance to the English side. A transfer bid worth £9-14 million should compel Rovers to sell their star player.
