Reports in French media suggest that Ligue 1 side Toulouse FC midfielder Etienne Capoue is attracting considerable interest from English Premier League side http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 FC and it has been rumoured that the London-based club is preparing to make an official bid
for the young Frenchman.
Certainly, Arsenal FC are becoming big fans of Ligue 1 side Toulouse FC who are currently in sixth place in the Ligue 1 standings and have 22 points from 13 games. Initially, the Gunners were reported with a move for defender http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aymen-Abdennour-c7064 who has been

However, The Sun reveals that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has now fallen under the spell of Etienne Capoue whose self-assured performances in the midfield for the Pink City club have given them a great start to the 2011/2012 Championnat.
So far, the youngster has scored 3 goals in 11 appearances and Arsenal board considers the 23-year-old as a better investment that Stade Rennais star Yann M’Vila who was linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
Rennais are asking in excess of 25 million Euros for the services of a defensive midfielder whose eye catching displays have already earned him the attention of the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Arsenal are now looking to finance a move for the starlet with the summer sales of Cesc Fabregas and Clichy.
