After a lengthy rehabilitation, the talented Welsh midfielder can expect the warmest of welcomes when he does return to action and he wants to repay the loyalty of the Arsenal and its fans by scaling new heights.
Ramsey, recently said, "All I have ever wanted to do is be a professional footballer. I am doing that now, even though I've had a little blip, and I'm very confident I will come back from this as an even stronger and better player. Hopefully I can keep
improving and can become a great player for this football club."
Aaron Ramsey is currently on loan to the Championship side, Nottingham Forest. However, the 19-year-old is expected to return in January and will be a part of Arsenal starting eleven.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thomas-Vermaelen-c35002:
Arsenal defensive midfielder, Thomas Vermaelen, suffered an Achilles injury while being on an international duty with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 back in September. It was first expected that Vermaelen will return to action just after few days, but it did not happen and Vermaelen
is still side-lined.
The Belgian skipper is taking longer than expected to heal. And, now, Arsene Wenger suggests that his 25-year-old defender will return at the end of January 2011.
Wenger admitted while talking about Vermaelen’s injury: “I would rather say late January. He is short on fitness and we have to build it up. That will take three to four weeks. He has started now and the signs are good. But I have been hit so many times with
backlash that I am very cautious with Vermaelen.”
Vermaelen’s recovery from his injury will take some time, and it is not known when he should be fit for Arsenal.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Manuel-Almunia-c23386:
The veteran goalkeeper of Arsenal, Manuel Almunia, suffered an elbow injury back in September in a home defeat against West Bromwich Albion at Emirates Stadium. The number one shirt holder of Arsenal suffered a knock on his elbow while saving a penalty in
that match. Almunia felt the injury at the time but was examined during the interval and was happy to go on. However, since then Manuel Almunia has not played a single game in Arsenal colours.
It has been reported earlier this month that Manuel Almunia has been deemed fit but was ditched by Arsene Wenger, as he sees http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lukasz-Fabianski-c22910 as a better player to stand between Arsenal’s goal.
Moreover, even when Lukasz Fabianski was injured, Arsene Wenger preferred his third choice keeper over Manuel Almunia in a crucial game against Manchester United.
Now it seems like, Manuel Almunia’s days at Arsenal are over since the revival of Lukasz Fabianski and Almunia is more likely to be sold in the winter transfer window.
