Arsenal beat Blackpool 3-1 to reduce the gap with Manchester United: EPL News
Arsenal beat Blackpool 3-1 in the English Premier League encounter at the Bloomfield Road on Sunday afternoon. The Gunners cut short the gap on league’s leaders, United, to seven points with this win.

Three minutes later, the Gunners doubled their advantage after Emmanuel Eboue and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 played a lovely one-two passing before the Ivorian smashed a left footed shot into the bottom corner to make it 2-0 for the visitors.
The Gunners were on a roll at the Bloomfield Road and a goal feast looked inevitable. Wenger’s side could have tripled their lead after the hour mark but Nasri’s brilliant volley rattled against the post.
Just before the half-time whistle, Campbell’s effort from six yards was cleared off-the line by Fabregas to deny the hosts a goal.
The hosts started the second half positively and applied the early pressure with a wonderful scoring opportunity, which went whiskers wide of the far post. The Tangerines managed to open their scoring in the 52nd minute after Jason Puncheon played
a lovely through ball to Campbell, who was up-ended by Lehmann but Gary Taylor-Fletcher tapped the ball into the net to make it 1-2.
The hosts were all over the Gunners as they looked certain to score an equaliser. Lehmann made a couple terrific saves to deny the hosts, as the Gunners looked nervous.

The winger picked up a pass from Diaby and made blistering run from the right flank before laying the ball for Van Persie to tap home from close range and make
it 3-1.
