Arsenal prepare themselves for massive Robin Van Persie offer from Real Madrid
It is being reported that Arsenal striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robin-van-Persie-c31380 is now being monitored by La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The Spanish side seem to be having their fair share of problems in front of goal and feel that the Dutch international is the ideal player to help them turn things around.
The twenty eight year old has been in some of the best form of his life and has been scoring goals for fun, every time he steps onto the pitch.
However, with the players contract with Arsenal set to run out in the near future, Madrid feel that they could use this to their advantage.
The team is hoping for Van Persie to not agree to a contract extension with the team in the near future and in turn, Madrid are going to jump in on the situation, as they offer the Gunners a massive fee for the striker.
With a hint of uncertainty in the air, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 might just be tempted to do business with the Spanish club, should the offer be worth it.
If Van Persie ends up leaving, the Gunners would be in desperate need of a striker to replace the Dutch man. Putting two and two together, the Gunners would turn to Madrid to offer either Gonzalo Higuain or http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Karim-Benzema-c20350 in the deal, in order to prevent the North London club from falling apart.
At the same time, Arsenal will also be looking to make around twenty million pounds of the striker, given how well he has been performing for the team.
There have also been hints of interest shown in the player from AC Milan, who seem to have become a second home for aging players.
Nonetheless, with a lot of games still left in the current season, it is safe to say Van Persie will wait till the end of the season to decide just what he wants to do with his future.
Should the striker help the team win a trophy, he is more than likely to stick around. On the other hand, another barren run could see him heading towards the exit door and towards Real Madrid.
