Arsenal step-up chase for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – Premier League Update
It seems like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 are looking to go all out this summer, as the team is now looking to make a move for Southampton winger, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 Under -21 star has been linked with a move to a number of clubs in the Premier League, however, it seems like Arsenal might just be able to sneak in and wrap up a deal worth around twelve million pounds.
One of the main reasons for the Emirates to become the prime choice for Chamberlin, is down to the fact that the player and his family feel, it is the ideal destination for him to better hone his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Skills-c40539. The Chamberlain’s are highly delighted with the progress
that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 to do the same.
Mark Chamberlain, who happens to be Alex’s father, is quoted to have said:  “Considering where he was at the beginning of the season and end of last season, to have the clubs we’ve been hearing about looking at him, he’s made great strides”
“But watching him and watching his performances I think it’s well deserved.
“He’s only going to get better. A lot of people speak to me and say, ‘Maybe it’s too soon – look at Theo.’
“But for me, I think Theo’s doing fantastic, he’s developing as a player, he’s still developing and he’s only young.”
At the moment, it seems rather bizarre for the Gunners to go ahead and land another winger. The team is currently overflowing with players who can play out wide and should they land Chamberlain, he would just end up spending an awful amount of time on the
bench.
However, it seems like maybe Arsene Wenger has a much bigger plan for the youngster. Should he be able to successfully capture the winger, then the manager is more than likely to send the player out on loan for a season.
Now, this loan deal that the player would go out on, would be to a club that is playing in the Premier League. This means, the player will not only be a Gunner, but, he would also be getting ample experience in the Premier League, which Southampton can’t
offer him.
Soon after, following a couple of seasons away on loan, the player would be able to break into the first team at the Emirates and would find it quite easy to cope with the pace of the league.
All in all, Chamberlain is definitely a player, who is bound to shine for the Gunners.
