http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 target Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Jadson – Premier League Update
Arsenal have gone on to target Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder, Jadson. The North London team are looking to find a suitable replacement for their soon to depart captain, Cesc Fabregas and it seems like they feel that Jadson is the ideal player to do just that.
The Gunners and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 are reportedly on the brink of finalizing a deal for the move of Fabregas from the Emirates to the Camp Nou and with the thirty five million pounds that the team will inherit from this move, they are looking to get back into the market.
Prior to this, Arsenal were reported to be hot on the tail of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 winger and Spanish international, Juan Mata. However, based on recent speculation, it seems like the team is now looking to land the twenty seven year old Brazilian instead. Not only is Jadson going to be a whole lot cheaper, but he is also going to be able to bring with him a whole lot more experience, than Mata.
Shakhtar seem to not be very keen on letting one of their better players leave the team, especially since Jadson has a contract till 2014 with the club. However, despite that fact, it seems like a fee around the region of ten million pounds will help the team think otherwise and will cause them to sell to Arsenal.
Jadson started playing football with Atletico Paranaense and then went on to join Shakhtar Donetsk in 2005. Since then, the player has gone on to make a massive two hundred and fifty seven appearances for the team, during the course of which he has picked up sixty goals.
Recently, Jadson has really gone on to step his game up. The midfielder has been in such fine form, that he was called up to play for the Brazilian national team. Having made his debut for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 this year, the player has already made four appearances on the international stage and he has even picked up one a solitary goal while playing for his country.
Jadson has ample experience to come into Arsenal and to play, almost immediately after his move. However, despite that fact, Jadson just doesn’t seem to be the sort of player that Arsenal need at the moment. The striker despite being highly skilful, is kind of fragile. Jadson five feet, six inches tall and doesn’t possess the physical presence that Arsenal really need.
Nonetheless, with Wenger having his sights set on the player, it wouldn’t be impossible to see Jadson making his way to the Emirates in the near future.
