Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey back in training to rejoin team after tragic leg injury
Arsenal have long been desiring a return of their star Welsh player Aaron Ramsey. The player has long been on the injury list since he broke his leg in a tackle.
The Wales international received the horrific injury late in February this year by Ryan Shawcross in a match against Stoke City. After the injury it became clear that the damage to the leg was extensive and the player will be out
for an indefinite period.
It was predicted that the recovery process might take a year but now it has been confirmed that the player will be returning to the field much earlier than expected. It has been reported that player has started training but with
small steps by just kicking the ball for now.
Ramsey is considered to be one of the best young talents Arsenal has produced therefore the player’s untimely injury, just when he had started proving his worth to the team was extremely inconvenient.
Later on, the medical reports of 19 year old Ramsey had revealed that the player had suffered from a double leg break and massive muscle damage. Now when the club revealed of Ramsey’s return, there is a lot of surprise and appreciation
for the player in making such an early recovery.
For the past few weeks Ramsey has constantly been in touch with the manager and tried to attend the sessions of the team. He has been travelling to Arsenal’s London Colney camp for training and is expected to make comeback to the
first team directly.
Arsenal will definitely need all hands at deck as the Dark November continues to draw nearer. They already are suffering from a long list of injuries but good news for them is that this November will be not as dark as the preceding
ones because most of Arsenal’s first team will be making a return to football by mid or end of October.
In a press release Ramsey has informed about his return to football, “I've been doing strengthening exercises and those sort of things for a long time now. I'm starting to feel the benefits and I'm outside training with the fitness
coach, and I feel good.”
He also expressed that he was exuberant to finally be on field again, “It's great to be back outside and kicking the ball again. I missed it for a long time, but it's such a good feeling to be back outside.”
