Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger applauds Nicholas Yennaris

Arsenal’s manager, Arsene Wenger feels that Nicholas Yennaris has a bright future ahead of him, based on his performance against Manchester United.
Yennaris made his Premier League debut for Arsenal against Manchester United and despite Arsenal losing the game, he went on to prove his worth in the game and had the Arsenal fans applauding his performance during the game.
The full-back came on in the second half of the game and went on to replace http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Johan-Djourou-c18779. Following his arrival on the pitch, the Gunners defence seemed to be a whole lot more solid then it was with Djourou playing as the right-back.
His ability to track back and mark his man, while making crucial interceptions was outstanding and he seemed to be unusually comfortable playing against United on his debut.
When talking about the eighteen year old defender, Wenger is quoted to have said: “He did very well”

“I like Nico because he has 100 percent focus, good physical qualities, good intelligence, good reading of the game and personality.”

“He is a guy who, believe me, will make a big career. He has what it takes to be always better, his whole career will improve because he has the mental abilities of somebody who is suited to the top level.”
Wenger then applauded Yennaris’s versatility, after he revealed that he was a natural midfielder, but his ability to adapt and cover Luis http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nani-c27299 was just outstanding.
Wenger added: “He is a midfielder. To come on as a right back against Nani, who is one of the top players in the league, and produce the kind of performance he produced is absolutely outstanding.”

However, it now seems like the team has finally found the player that they had been missing for far too long in the shape on Yennaris.
With him still being eighteen, he has ample time to adapt and could easily develop to play in any position on the pitch.
Nonetheless, what can be said assuredly is that Yennaris has a massive future ahead of him at the Emirates.
