Arsenal’s midfielder, Tomas Rosicky, prepares for the next three season-defining matches
Arsenal’s midfielder, Tomas Rosicky, believes that the Gunners are back in contention for the Barclays Premier League and claimed that they will leave no stone unturned to prepare for the three matches which will define their season.
Arsenal’s title hopes suffered a huge blow when the Gunners drew three consecutive games in the Barclays Premier League.
However, their title campaign came back on track after they managed to claim all three points against Blackpool at Bloomfield and Tomas Rosicky thinks that the win over Ian Holloway’s men has increased the confidence of the Gunners ahead of the season- defining
week.
Tomas Rosicky told Arsenal’s official website, “We badly needed the three points from Blackpool and I think we are now on the right path again. We have a huge week in front of us and we have to be successful”.
“We didn’t have a good spell even though we were unbeaten because we didn’t win for two or three games. We have a lot of injured players back so the whole squad will be back together again and it's very important to go into the final sprint with the whole
squad”, added the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Czech-Republic-c2882 international.
The North London giants will play three matches in the next week which will make or break their season. Arsenal will play host to sixth placed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, who are enjoying their recent prime form.
The match against Kenny Dalglish’s men will be followed by a mid-week fixture against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429’s local rivals, fifth placed and UEFA Champions League qualification hopefuls, Tottenham Hotspur, at White Hart Lane.
And, Arsenal’s third fixture of the week is against high flying eighth placed, Bolton Wanderers, at Reebok Stadium.
Arsenal are currently placed second in the Barclays Premier League table, seven points behind League leaders, Manchester United, and also have a game in hand.
The Gunners are unbeaten in the Premier League since late November 2010, when Manchester United clinched all three points from them at Old Trafford.
Arsene Wenger’s men would now have to win all of their remaining matches in order to win their first Barclays Premier League title since 2003-04 season.
