Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that young goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has a huge chance to feature in the upcoming Premier League fixture against Liverpool but the Polish keeper would still need to pass a few late tests.
Wenger said, “We still have some tests to make but Wojciech is back in full training so it could be Szczesny in goal. It is a big surprise for us because we thought at the start of his injury that the season was over.”
It was initially being feared that Szczesny’s season was over after the young goalkeeper injured his finger while saving Dani Alves’ free-kick in Arsenal’s second leg defeat to Barcelona in the knockout round of the UEFA Champions League.

Arsene Wenger hinted that few players could return this weekend against Liverpool.
Wenger said, “We have plenty of players back, some are short of competitive edge but Johan Djourou and Alex Song are both available and even http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aaron-Ramsey-c3065 and Tomas Rosicky
but overall there is no big injury problem anymore.”
Arsenal are seven points behind League leaders Manchester United and also have a game in hand. The Gunners would now have to claim all three points against Liverpool in order to keep their title hopes alive.
