Arsene Wenger has reportedly held a secret meeting with the Arsenal players and asked the team to believe in themselves and ignore all their critics.

Despite playing good football, the team was ridiculed by the fans and a number of former players went on to blast Arsene Wenger and his policies.
However, Wenger went on to hold this meeting with the team in order to try and boost their confidence. The manager told the players that they need to get their head into the game and play the best football that they possibly could.
The manager feels that listening to critics and self declared experts is rather useless and it is something the team shouldn’t really worry about.
In holding this meeting with his team, the manager has expressed strong faith in his players and has given them a massive boost, as they know that their manager is going to be there to help them get back to their best, no matter what the critics say.

Nonetheless, with the manager expressing his faith in the team and the squad doing the same in return, if anything, there is going to be an even better chemistry between the Gunners and their manager once they take to the field.
Arsenal are now going to take on Aston Villa in the FA Cup this weekend and given the fact that a majority of the team’s players are making a comeback this weekend, along with their new found chemistry with each other, the Gunners could destroy Villa.
Arsenal will be looking to try and get a win in the game and should they get their mentality just right, it wouldn’t be hard for the team to walk away as the victors on the night.
