Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has admitted that he has seen glimpses of greatness in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Oxlade-Chamberlain and hopes for the forward to go far in his career.
The manager went on to assess the player’s potential and capabilities, after the youngster scored two goals in Arsenal’s seven goals to one thrashing of Blackburn http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385, this past weekend.
The attacker has impressed the Gunners boss and the Arsenal fans, every time he steps onto the pitch.
His performance against Manchester United was evident of the fact that the former Southampton player was ready to unleash himself on the league and it was only a matter of the manager showing faith in the attacker.
Despite previously revealing that his plans were to develop the player into a midfielder, the manager believes that based on what he has seen, Chamberlain could easily sit in behind http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robin-van-Persie-c31380.
When talking about Chamberlain, the Gunners boss is quoted to have said: "He can go right and left and he is the kind of guy who feels comfortable on the football pitch, not nervous. I feel that is always a brand of top players. They just play"

"When you saw Rooney start he played like it was natural, the same with Fabregas. They are happy on the football pitch and comfortable.

"I feel Oxlade-Chamberlain could play central midfield, he could play second striker because he has something that is exceptional, he has a short back-lift and so when he has a shot on goal it's difficult to block."
However, the manager does not wish to see the youngster to suffer from the same injury problems that seem to have dampened Jack Wilshere’s career and has admitted that he is going to give the forward ample rest.
Chamberlain is quite simply one of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429’s greatest buys this season. When he was signed by the team, hardly anyone knew what he was capable of, or just who he was.
Nonetheless, as the season has progressed, Chamberlain has become one of the fans favourite players and should he continue to play at the same level, he could go on and win the PFA young player of the year award, without facing any serious opposition.
