The Arsenal manager says that it is important that players focus because this is the period that matters the most...
Arsene Wenger has successfully turned around Arsenal’s season in recent months as after being hopeless for a major part of the Premier League season, the Gunners are now third in the Premier League table and looking as favourites
to finish above their local rivals Tottenham and in doing so securing a place in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Wenger was forced into buying to strengthen his squad earlier on in the season as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 lost by 8-1 to Manchester United at Old Trafford in August of 2011 but now things have changed and the Gunners are firing on all cylinders.
Recently Wenger’s team bested Tottenham in a thrilling match which ended 5-2 in favour of the home team and now they are set to take on Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 on next Saturday. Arsene will hope that his players can keep their focus
and concentrate at the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 at hand as a few slips can mean a disastrous end to the campaign for the North London club.
Arsene said, "This is the period where what we do matters the most, so we just want to keep our focus on this and not worry about anybody else's results. We have shown both footballing and mental qualities in recent weeks and now
we need to continue our development."
He added, "We are now at the stage of the season where every day in the Premier League seems to have turning points. What is most important from now onwards is our consistency and momentum." Andre http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Santos-c32532 also gave his view on the
Premier League as he said, "The Premier League is something different - it's the best league in the world. It's hard to play in, the pace is different, the fact that almost every pitch is wet makes the ball run more, the tackles are harder, and it's just really
good."
