Arsene Wenger claims Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas are happy at Arsenal
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has gone on to state that the duo of Cesc Fabregas and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 are happy at the Emirates and do not wish to leave the team.
Fabregas and Nasri have been linked with moves to Barcelona and City respectively, but so far, there hasn’t been any real activity on that front. Nonetheless, Wenger is remaining adamant on the fact that there is no chance of the duo leaving, as they are
more than content with their life in North London.
Wenger when talking about the duo is quoted to have said: “The needs [of the players] are not only football-related, they can also be financial or sometimes emotional.
“In the case of Fabregas, he is torn between http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604, where he grew up, and Arsenal, where he has been educated. It’s not financial.
“Nasri is the same - they both love the club and are very happy with us. Hopefully we can keep them both happy here.”
Based on these latest comment from Wenger, it seems like the media is soon going to be flooded with numerous Nasri to City and Fabregas to Barcelona rumours – once again. The duo have been amongst the most talked about players in recent weeks and that has
only been due to the uncertain comments that have been made regarding their futures.
From the looks of things, both the players seem to be wanting to move away from the club, but just aren’t willing to openly admit to that fact. However, should they go ahead and admit what they really want, they could not only help themselves out, but would
also prevent http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 from falling apart.
If they wait till the last week of the transfer window to make their moves, then Arsenal would have very little to no time to find a suitable replacement for the duo. However, should they go ahead and move out now, it would give the Gunners ample time to
bring in replacements.
However, on the other hand we could soon learn that the so called moves that Fabregas and Nasri desire are nothing more than media created scandals. Both the players have admitted that they wish to win silverware and go on and be the best that they possibly
can, but what Arsenal player hasn’t? The Gunners are in their sixth year without a trophy and the players at the club are starting to get a little restless regarding the situation.
However, over the course of the coming few weeks, it would become rather clear and we would finally find out if Nasri and Fabregas are going to be at the Emirates next season or not and hopefully it would put an end to all these rumours, once and for all.
