Arsene Wenger expects Park Chu-Young to do brilliantly for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 – Premier League Update
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Park-Chu-Young-c29137 will do brilliantly at the Emirates. The forward was signed by the Gunners in the summer transfer window from Monaco, who are currently sitting in the second division of French club football.
Despite the striker being banished to the bench at the club, Wenger believes the striker just needs a little more time, before he makes his mark for the side.
Park may have not been playing regular football for Arsenal, but the player has been representing Korea regularly and has scored seven goals for his country in the four international games he played, as n Arsenal player.
Wenger has gone on to compare the player to the likes of Pires and Henry, as he admits the forward is soon going to come into his own, as he looks to lead the Gunners from the front.
When talking about Par, Wenger is quoted to have said: "Some players like Pires and Henry took four, five, six months and they became exceptional players. Park arrived two months ago so that's normal"
"Some people judged our players very quickly in a negative way and slowly they changed their mind through their performances. I prefer it that way round than the other.

"Some players make you jump off your seat in the early stages and then disappoint you after. These players will win over all the sceptical people and Park is one of them."

Wenger added: "It is hard in the Premier League but Park is a player with quality and intelligence. In the longer term that will always come out and I am confident he will do that in the Premier League as well."
Park is set to make a ninety minute appearance for the Gunners tonight, as he starts Arsenal’s game against Bolton Wanderers in the Carling Cup. From the way things are shaping up, the forward is going to be playing as a solitary striker and with the form
the Gunners are in, he is more than likely to bag a goal or two.
Nonetheless, it is now a wait to see just how the player performs, as he will be looking to make a name for himself in front of the Gunners fans, while trying to impress Wenger even further.
