Arsenal’s manager, Arsene Wenger has urged his team to pick their form up once again, as the team is now set to play out the last few games of the season.
The Gunners played Chelsea this past weekend, but following a rather dull game, the match ended in a goalless draw between the two side.
Arsenal are still sitting in the third spot in the league table, but they are now being chased by Newcastle United, who are three points behind them and have a game in hand.
Wenger has admitted that he was a little disappointed and rather frustrated to see his side play the way they did, but he expects them to bounce back over the coming weeks, as they look to secure their stay in the third spot in the league table.
When talking about the game, the Gunners boss is quoted to have said: "It is not all negative because we played against a Chelsea team who decided to lock the game and try to catch us on the break”

"We didn't pass the ball quickly enough. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 are experienced enough to force you to play the ball where they want you to play it.”

"We could not open them up enough and our change of pace in the game was not good enough."
The manager then applauded his team and their performances, as he claimed the character the team showed was brilliant and had they been able to play like this throughout the season, they could have contested for the league title.
Wenger then went on to add: "My players have shown a lot of character, but we lacked just a bit of what is usually our strength, which is the speed of our passing to open teams up with our combination play."
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 are now set to play some of the lesser teams in the league, but despite that fact, they need to maintain their focus, in order to secure a Champions League spot for the coming season.
The Gunners are well aware of the fact that any slip ups at this point in the season would see them fall out of the top four, leaving them with no chance of securing a Champions League spot.
