Arsenal forward and Russian international, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andrei-Arshavin-c5771 seems to be looking to make a move to Turkey, as his agent has gone on to reveal the player’s desires.
After being sent out on loan by the Gunners last season, the forward seems to have come to the conclusion that he is no longer going to be able to break into the North London club’s first team. As a result, he is looking to secure a move away from the club in order to continue playing football in the first team of a club.
Arshavin was being pursued by Anzhi Makhachkala, but it seems like he is more interested in moving to Turkey. In fact, it is believed that the Russian forward could turn down offers from MLS clubs as well, in order to go on and play for a team in the Turkish league.
His agent, when talking about the Gunners, their plans and Arshavin’s future is reported to have said: "Arsene Wenger will transfer some new names for the forward line for the upcoming season"

"Arshavin doesn't want to stay in the team. Next year, he could continue his career in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Turkey-c3026. I know that two clubs in Turkey are seriously interested in Arshavin.”

"There also some offers from the MLS, but Arshavin does not want to go to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390. He also rejected an offer from Anzhi."
At the moment, Galatasaray seem to be the favourites to land the services of the forward. However, a number of other teams are also expected to start bidding for the player, following this revelation that was made by his manager.
Formerly, it was believed that the forward was going to contest for a spot in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lukas-Podolski-c22896 and Olivier Giroud are going to cause him a whole lot more problems and hence it is going to be close to impossible for him to climb up the pecking order.
No matter what way this is looked at, a move away from the Emirates seems to be in the best interest of the player and the club at this point.
