  1. It is not.  Humanism is just (let me repeat) just a bit later in history towards the modern age of societal degradation.


  2. 1. The attempt to make great creative works in the new age as a continuation of what the ancient empires (Greece and Rome) had done towards the furthering of mankind.

    2. The representation of physical beauty in art as a virtue, to bring one closer to God.
