I have a 20 x 23 1/2 framed Everett Woodson painting that I would like to know the value of.  It is a 4 tiered short lighthouse w/ tall pines in background.
It has a pier to right that you can see it's shadow in the water and has seagulls flying in the air.  There is an old fence to the left.  There is bricks at the base with fence around the other tiers of the lighthouse. .Thank you for any information you can provide me.
