Art and beauty?

What qualities do you think an artist must possess to be successful? what must an observer do to fully appreciate a work of art?

And what's the most beautiful thing in the world? why?

1)artist must be able to percieve things and potrait them properly...when painting a lady ,for example , he must not paint the lady but paint her birth , her child age , her teen age , her adult hood and the correct status of her mind . He must understand the true lady and paint in .he must show both her black and white shades and shades of grey

2) an abserver must  observe that what does the artist want  the observer to see , what is the artist trying to potray and then judge that how has he potrayed

3) the most beautiful thing in the world is a heart which is present with millions of people but only a few people actually have it ..it makes us love and hate ..its present fr our feelings and how we take up our life as
