Art show, no budget...Help?

I've been put in charge of organizing a litte art-show for a community in honor of Women's History Month. The problem is, we have no budget. I have no idea how I'm going to find art to show. Any ideas?

First of all I would put an Ad in the newspaper asking for Artists who are looking for venues to display their work.

There are always more artists than venues so you are ahead of the game there.

Next it might be fun to hook up with a school who is willing to

let you conjunct your project with an art contest in the school.

This will give you fun art and a childs interesting perspective on Women's history.  Good Luck
