Evgeny Lovchev has blasted Spartak Moscow’s striker to utter indecent comments about Unai Emery and has urged Valery Karpin to sort out problems at Luzhniki stadium
Spartak Moscow striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Artyom-Dzyuba-c6767, labelled Unai Emery as a coward in a press statement after their heart-throbbing 1-5 defeat in the Russian Premier League tie against Dynamo Moscow at Luzhniki stadium on Sunday.
The 24-year-old player criticized the Spanish tactician, saying that the former Real Sociedad boss prefers to field foreigners after benching strong and more experienced Russian players.
Consequently, Dzyuba was fined half-a-month salary following his questionable and inappropriate speech against Emery.
Dzyuba involved him in the tug-of-war with Emery after being unhappy with the lack of first team action. The Russian attacker, who scored the only goal for the host team, came off the bench on injury time.
The Moscow-based club sacked Emery, who signed a two-contract with the Russian outfit after leaving http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-CF-c40864 this summer, after their humiliating defeat against their arch rivals at home.
Evgeny Lovchev has fired a barb at Dzyuba, saying that the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Tom-Tomsk-c39228 player let his club down after making negative statements about the former manager.
The former Krylia Sovetov Samara player advised Spartak’s player to learn from Dynamo Moscow’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Igor-Semshov-c16748, who remained calm, worked hard and waited for his chance under newly appointed Dan Petrescu.
“Dzyuba needs to learn the right attitude from Semshov, who fight for his place and managed to impress the manager by scoring two goals recently. I think the relationship of players with the managers should always be on work basis.”
“I remember when Semshov changed his team and was more or less in a similar condition about a year ago. But he proved himself in front of the coach. We all make mistakes but the right attitude is to learn from what you do.” The
Soviet Top League winner was quoted as saying.
Speaking on Spartak’s growing problems after the change in management, Lovchev urged Valery Karpin to alter the situation at the Moscow-based club after a below par start to the league campaign this season.
