Arsenal midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mikel-Arteta-c25715 has gone on to urge his team mates to be more patient on the ball, as opposed to trying and rush things when they are on the pitch.
The Gunners took on Norwich City this past weekend, and despite the team seemingly being the stronger team on paper, they still went on to lose to Norwich.
One of the prime reasons for Arsenal losing the game was down to the fact that they failed to create any real chances in the game.
Despite them having a majority of possession for the most part, they seemed to lose the ball very easily when they attacked their opponents, and this saw them create a very minimal number of chances in the match.
When talking about the game and the reason for the team losing out in the game, Arteta is reported to have said: "We're really down because we expected to win the game"
"They raised their game, they made it very difficult for us.”
"I think we controlled the game, mostly, for 90 minutes. But you go a goal down, you start getting anxious, the goal doesn't come, it makes it really hard.”
"For the amount of ball we had in the game, we should have done more and created more goal situations. We need more patience sometimes."
The North London club even went on to concede the first goal in their last four Premier League games, and this is something that seems to be taking a toll on the Gunners.
Arteta insists that the team need to move on from these games and find the belief that they displayed earlier on in the season.
At one point, it looked like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, things aren’t looking all that easy for the team.
Arsene Wenger, along with Arteta has gone on to ask the players to come out on top in their coming games, as they need a momentum shift in their favour, if they want to try and start winning games again.
