I use and recommend Alfalfa Complex.  I have arthritis in my thumbs and if taken daily the Alfalfa Complex is a great help.

always heard this works,dont have arthritis yet,but I'll try it when I do.Rum raisins. take white raisins and soak them in rum on the counter I'm told,but i would refrigerate them,and let them soak up alcohol and eat 8 a day.no more,no less.not sure if it works or you're too drunk to care lol. but I really have heard it works.

this site should be of help..but he used fresh herbs and he is now dead and his heirs use conventional herbs which have 7-10 times less pytochemicals which cure and prevent disease, so best is to make your own using bulk organic (or wildcrafted herbs) into a tincture.

In his book the school of natural healing buy john r Christopher (often found on ebay or amazon) he lists all the formulas and the proportions you need of each herb and the book is a treasure trove of helpful info.

Author himself has arthritis as a child into adulthood,.  He said as long as he was on a vegan diet, he was fine (he also drank the apple cider honey drink), if he ate dairy, he needed a cane and if he ate meat, he was driven to a wheelchair.  Many becoming a vegan/vegetarian for other reasons said their arthritis went away or improved I have read.
