Arthritis? or.......?

This older lady I know is having problems with one of her fingers staying down when she lifts her other fingers. Anybody know what this could be and how to treat it?

It could be arthritis rheumatoid or other types or arthritis . She may have had hurt her finger in the past . Could be a damage tendon as I have . I had my finger nearly severed in an auto accident and my pinkie finger  stays curved all the times and hurst in the winter . I take 3 6 9 fish oil year round and lubricates the rest of my joints . As well there isn't much information to help her . But I hope that may be you can help her . Have a great day and the best of luck to you both .
