Undefeated IBF Middleweight CHampion Arthur Abrahams best victory was against edison mirnada who was his tougest opponent. That was when miranda was young and wasnt a great boxer, now he knows how to use his boxing to land his bombs. Miranda is coming off a viscious KO over david banks, his only bad loss was against kelly pavlik but that was twhen he was battling to make weight, now this fight will be at 165. Who wins?WHy?

This is a dangerous fight for Abraham. If he loses he will still keep his title as the match is at a catchweight but with a potential big money unification fight with Pavlik looming in the future a fight with a hard hitting fighter like Miranda is unwise. Last time they fought, Miranda broke Abraham's jaw. If something like this should occur again it could put him out of action for a long time. Pavlik who is interested in unifying the titles at all cost may have to settle for a match for Felix Sturm's title instead. Then if Abraham is unavailable Pavlik's next logical money fight would be with Joe Calzaghe perhaps at supermiddleweight.

I think if it comes down to a decision Abraham is a much better skilled boxing technician but there is a very good possibility that Miranda could knock him out. Speed verse power! I will favor Abraham in this fight but it should be entertaining to watch.

abraham technically lost the first fight to miranda, but only won because of penalty points taken off of miranda. miranda also broke albraham's jaw. miranda wins by KO.

Pavlik was battling weight as much as Miranda - he is just better! That said, I see Miranda beating Abraham.

Definatley Edison Miranda. He probably needed to move up in weight. So far, he's dominated the opponents he's had at that weight and will win the fight against Abraham (he basically won the first fight anyway), his boxing skills also seem vastly improved.
