...was spent on the environmental permitting piece of the pie? All the environmental studies, impact assessments, permitting, etc.? I have NO agenda asking this question, I simply want to know because a friend of mine asked... I've googled all kinds of search terms, but can't find an online source with a detailed budget for the project.

Since the bridge was built by the state government, no impact was required.
