there was this video game for PCs i played when i was really young

it was a game about arthur and dw from the cartoon

and the only thing about it i remember is building an ice cream cone with ingredients and one of them was called toenail crunch haha

but it was really fun and i was just wondering if anyone knew the name of the game?
