  1. No it will not be bcos IPL is different from international cricket.

As organisers of IPL, they have already punished Bhajji by banning for 11 IPL matches.

Since he is also a contracted player of BCCI, he can be punished separately by them.

  2. may be he should go to court

  3. There's no criminal prosecution involved, so I doubt this would apply. In addition, I'm sure Harbhajan would have had to sign contractual agreements with the BCCI which would have included agreeing to be bound by the BCCI's decisions on any disciplinary issues and penalties. So the BCCI is on safe ground legally. Whether the administrators can avoid angry fans is another question. ;-)

  4. Well the IPl and BCCI are 2 different 'enterprises' so as we all know the BCCI does what it likes and it will no doubtingly give Bhaji a nice bit fat slap on the wrist...

No i do not feel it will be in violation of india's constitution..When you are as rich and as powerful as the BCCI-Anything goes...

  5. THEY ARE DIFFERENT . HE SHOULD BE THROWN OUT .

  6. Challenge it in Indian Supreme Court!

By the way, look at the reasons, why Harbhajjan Singh is not appealing his punishment ...
