Congress should have impeached the criminal 6 years ago, when he lied in order to make big bucks for cheney's friendes at haliburton, but since the congress, then, was bought and paid for by daddy bush, it never happened!

Well, this "waste of time" is going to backfire on the Democrats. Americans want problems solved like gas prices and the 25 million illegal aliens. They should be working on something to help us. Who cares about Bush? He will be out of there in a few months anyway. This will backfire and people are going to be furious they are wasting precious time on this. Vote for Bob Barr '08 Libertarian

I think that the sooner we get that administration out of there the better, but since he only has about 6 more months left, I'm not sure it's worth the time and effort.

Then we should follow the Geneva Conventions for lawful warfare...yes? of course. Then so should terrorist who targeted two unlawful targets on 9-11. Their governmental agency that sent them should be distroyed. The combatants found on the battle feild carring arms concelled not wearing a uniform of a reconized national army should be handled by the tenants of the Geneva Convention...Yes of course. Then they should shot on sight no trial sumary, shot found to be inviolation of the Conventions of Lawful warfare.

When one's enemy does not follow the rules of law (Geneva Convention) then the attacked has no obligation to follow them either.

No, they should not do it now.  But it's my understanding that a person can still be impeached after they leave office.  That would be ideal.
