Artists and Photographers PLEASE HELP!!

Hi, can you please tell me where you get your custom frames made and your photos printed ? I need to get all my work framed and I cant seem to find anyone that will work with aritsts ?

Any ideas, I really appreciate all your help, thanks

For prints you can use a pro lab or one of the online labs like Mpix. If you do an internet search of pro photo labs you should have a lot of choices.

As far as framing goes you can try Michael's or Aaron Brothers. Custom framing can be very expensive. You are better off buying ready made frames in the sizes you want. As long as your photos are standard sizes this should be no problem. You can get frames just about anywhere in the following sizes.

8x10, 11x14, 16x20 and 18x24.

You can also buy pre cut mats to fit these sizes. The standard photo sizes will be easiest to find but you can have them custom cut if you need to. If you need a certain size in bulk try Redimat online. They have many sizes and colors available.

Don't know where you live, but if you check the yellow pages and the online yellow pages, you might find a place. Usually it's a place for art supplies, or custom framings. Aaron Brothers does it and so does Michaels.
