The Chilean international was a regular feature in the 2011/12 season for the Turin giants; Vidal commits to the Juventus cause ahead of the upcoming season.
The combative midfielder was one of the standout performers of the Scudetto winning team, and more than justified the 10.5 million Euros the Turin outfit had invested in him. His performances for the Bianconeri outfit showed why
Bayern Munich were willing to sign the midfielder for 20 million Euros; however, keeping in view their domestic rivalry, Bayer Leverkusen sold the Chilean to the Serie A outfit.

Serie A.
The player drew many admirers for his robust and combative style of play, and Real Madrid have been keen to bring the midfielder to the Spanish capital. However, Vidal has distanced himself from any possible move, by stating that
he intends to play for the Bianconeri in the coming campaign.
Juventus have started their pre-season training in Chatillon and the midfielder addressed the press and commented that he was content at the club and did not feel the need to go to any other club. He also remarked:
"I am not interested in any other clubs. I am happy at Juventus.”
The Chilean international went on to comment on their training regimen and opined on his injuries of last season and their training as well, mentioning:
"The groin problem which affected me at the end of last season is gone. I am fine, but also tired. These days we are working hard to be prepared for the start of the new season."
The former Bayer Leverkusen midfielder went on to make 34 appearances for the club in all competitions and scored seven times during the season. He only featured once in the Italian Cup and he assisted thrice during the season
for the eventual Serie A Champions. All of Vidal’s goals came in the Serie A.
